Some people aren't comfortable using a script to download data. Provide list of URLs that can be fed to 'wget' or other http client for direct download. Update instructions on the website.

Windows users have a difficult time downloading the preview data using the script and instructions we provided. The script and instructions were developed with Mac and Linux users in mind.

As a busy contributor, I want email notifications to remind me my submission is in draft and to finish it.

As a PI, I want to add users and set permissions to different collaborators of my project.

As a data contributor, I want lots of details up front about what's needed from me to contribute before I start the process of running my experiment and collecting data.

As a user of the HCA DCP who has sequencing data, I want best practices guidelines available for the BCL-> Fastq step so that my data is in the best format it can be for the HCA pipelines.

Suggestion to build benchmarking suite in a way that would ideally be available for the community to run it and compare their pipeline against ours. Helps community developed pipelines be pulled into the HCA.
